If you were charged by PixGenie.net, please contact their support team directly. Thank you for your understanding.

We have observed that some third-party websites are using similar names that may confuse users. Please note:

❌ We are NOT associated with any similarly named websites, apps or services

❌ We do NOT authorize any external entity to use the PixiGenie brand

If you receive any suspicious subscription, payment request or email that does not originate from pixigenie.com, please report it immediately to our support team.

At PixiGenie.com, your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

All payments are secured by Dodo Payments. The user may request a refund no longer than 5-7 business days after the first transaction of subscription and credit the amount to the customer's bank account. We guarantee a full refund of the subscription and trial purchased on the PixiGenie website.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

We offer full refunds under the following conditions:

You contact us within 7 days of purchase.

The product or service purchased is not working as described, or you are experiencing technical issues that we are unable to resolve.

You have not excessively used or exploited the service prior to requesting a refund.

Refunds will not be granted:

If more than 7 days have passed since the purchase.

If user credits from any plan have been used.

For reasons such as “change of mind” or "not needed anymore."

If there is evidence of misuse, abuse, or violation of our Terms of Use.
