- Misleading pricing pages and unclear payment terms. They show charging of €0.10 to edit per photo, but the very next day they charge unauthorized subscription charges of amount €49.90 from users by using their payment details.
- Users search for keywords such as pixgenie, pixigenie, pixgenie refund, pixgenie contact, pixgenie w, pixgenie cancel subscription online and land on the wrong website (our official website).
- Victims then email the real PixiGenie support assuming we are responsible for this scam.
